How It Works

Rentavillas provides the vacation rental credit card merchant account.

  1. Fill out Rentavillas Merchant Account online application. It should take only a few minutes to complete the application. You should hear an approval response in 1-3 business days.
  2. Once you have been approved for your merchant account, you will receive a Merchant ID and Password. Enter this info into your Rentavillas Book it Now control panel under Credit Processing to start accepting reservations by credit card.
  3. You may also access our own Virtual Terminal. Your Virtual Terminal is an Internet-based tool that performs the same credit card processing functions as a physical Point-of-Sale terminal. Property owners and managers use this web-based service to manually key in credit card payment information that they have received over the phone, by fax or through the mail.
  4. You can access your Virtual Terminal through a secure log in page from any computer with Internet access. The Virtual Terminal is easy to use and funds are deposited directly to your bank account in 2-3 business days.
