The Rentavillas PMS shows inventory availability real time and matches the guest's requirements with the parameters defined for your property and calculates the rate on a daily, weekly, monthly basis or any combination thereof. Lastly, it calculates and adds taxes and other fees to come up with the gross rental amount.

Property and related inventory entered into the Rentavillas PMS are automatically presented on the Rentavillas.com, Your Travel Designation Portal web site via our state of the industry web service interface and optionally can be placed presented to the entire Rentavillas Network of web sites. An additional plus is that we can create an external Booking Engine that can be integrated into your own person web site or use any number of ways you might desire.
